    This document provides a list of recommended existing resources for state Part C and Part B 619 staff and TA providers to use to support evaluation planning for program improvement efforts including the SSIP.     The IDEA Part C Confidentiality Checklist outlines the various confidentiality provisions of IDEA law in an easy-to-understand format in order to support agencies in complying with privacy and confidentiality provisions under IDEA Part C. The checklist also provides a means for documenting implementation practices states may need to follow or actions they may need to take to implement or improve implementation of the confidentiality provisions.

    Coordinated Early Intervening Services (CEIS) Fiscal and Student Data Tracker

    The Coordinated Early Intervening Services (CEIS) Fiscal and Student Data Tracker is a set of four tools SEAs can use with their districts, schools, and providers to assist them in tracking the finances, services, and student data associated with CEIS. IDC and CIFR produced the CEIS Tracker. The resource also includes an instructions document or user's guide for more information about when and how to use the CEIS Tracker.

    Cohort Selection - Making Decisions on Where to Focus Implementation

    Selection of a cohort, or Transformation Zone, for SSIP implementation is a principle consideration in developing an action plan. The presentation addresses variables that states should considered in making those decisions and provides information on methods to determine readiness and eliciting involvement of an LEA/EIS.
