About Kelley Blas
Hi, my name is Kelley Blas, and I am an IDC State Liaison and TA specialist. My goal is to highlight the strengths of the states I serve and assist them in any areas of need. I love thinking of new ways to make IDEA data interesting and relevant to stakeholders and building relationships across agencies. In my free time, I run a non-profit called JoCo Angels Opioid Awareness and Support based in Johnston County, North Carolina. JoCo Angels exists to support families who are struggling with addiction, provide resources and scholarships for recovery and work with local schools to provide drug awareness presentations to fight the opioid epidemic.
