About Joanna Bivins
Hi, my name is Joanna Bivins, and I’m a State Liaison and TA specialist for IDC. In my role, I meet states where they are at and act as a support to help them grow their capacity to understand and meet federal requirements related to IDEA data. Outside of work, you will typically find me outdoors doing something like kayaking, hiking, taking photos, or sitting beside a firepit with my pup.
