    Collecting and Reporting the New Data Elements Related to the Local Education Agency Maintenance of Effort Provisions

    Produced by IDC and CIFR, this resource discusses each of the four new data elements OSEP is adding related to the LEA MOE provisions of IDEA in the MOE Reduction and CEIS data collection. The resource reviews each new element, presents information about actions the SEA may take to address and answer the questions posed for each of the four data elements, and provides additional support and assistance as states prepare to collect and submit these data.

    Coordinated Early Intervening Services (CEIS) Fiscal and Student Data Tracker

    The Coordinated Early Intervening Services (CEIS) Fiscal and Student Data Tracker is a set of four tools SEAs can use with their districts, schools, and providers to assist them in tracking the finances, services, and student data associated with CEIS. IDC and CIFR produced the CEIS Tracker. The resource also includes an instructions document or user's guide for more information about when and how to use the CEIS Tracker.

    Coordinated Early Intervening Services (CEIS)—Resources Step-By-Step

    This online tool is designed to help districts with step-by -step processes for required and/or voluntary use of CEIS funds. The site also contains information about TA Centers available for assistance with each of the steps and related resources from OSEP, OSEP-funded TA centers, and other TA centers.

    The Data Meeting Toolkit is a suite of tools that groups can use to guide conversation around data and support data-based decisionmaking. The toolkit provides resources to support success before, during, and after data meetings.

    Differentiated Monitoring and Support (DMS 2.0): Reference Guide for OSEP’s Data and SPP/APR Protocol

    This new resource can support SEA staff who prepare for the data systems and SPP/APR components of DMS 2.0. It includes a review of the Parts B and C—Data and SPP/APR Protocol along with IDC’s suggested evidence that an SEA may provide to OSEP in support of each monitoring question in the protocol. This resource also includes a list of IDC TA resources that states can use to create or strengthen their evidence.
