Hi, my name is Rachel Wilkinson, and I'm an IDC State Liaison. In my role, I provide technical assistance and support around IDEA Part B data, co-lead data-quality peer groups, and assist with development of tools and resources based on needs from the field. Outside of work, I spend time riding horses, managing the menagerie of animals on my farm, and cheering on the Boston Celtics.
