Hi, my name is Carol Seay, and I’m a State Liaison with IDC. In that role, I support states as they work to collect and report high-quality IDEA data and collaborate with my IDC peers to further the work of IDC. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, reading, and spending time with my grandchildren.
