Hi, my name is Kathleen (Kat) Pfannenstiel, and I am just one of many spectacular TA specialists at IDC. In my role, I seek to build capacity of SEA staff to better understand data and data literacy so that they can all become data influencers! I love working with teams and seeing the magic of alignment happening within and across a special education department. When I am not busy at work, I love enjoying the outdoors with family and friends, traveling, and dancing!
