About Elena Lincoln
Hi, my name is Elena Lincoln, and I am an IDC TA specialist. In my role, I support state teams and colleagues with technical issues and questions around quality data and reporting under IDEA. I also support the development of informational resources and tools for the field. Outside of work, I am involved in historic preservation projects in my hometown and am currently rehabilitating a stone home and commercial building, both built by my great-grandfather in the 1880s.
