Hi, my name is Susan Hayes, and I’m a TA specialist at IDC. In my role, I work to support education systems to create more equitable teaching and learning conditions, and, therefore, outcomes for students with disabilities and their peers. Specifically, I assist SEAs as they critically assess and improve their special education policies and practices.
