Run: What steps should my state take to improve data quality during data collection?

Earlier you learned that response rates can be indicators of data quality when certain criteria about the data collection activities are met (e.g., the survey is well-designed, the views of the group of parents who responded to the survey are representative of the views of all parents of students with disabilities). In this section you will learn how to take certain steps to monitor data quality during data collection. Additionally, you will learn how to plan to improve representativeness of future data collections based on the data you collect.
