Important Information From OSEP

DOCX Version of FFY 2018 SPP/APR Now Available!

The final DOCX version of states' FFY 2018 SPP/APRs are now publicly available on OSEP’s ED.gov website. From that page, states can click on the link for their state to access all available documents.

In addition, there are two new websites available to the SPP/APR Community:

  • IDEA Website (State Formula Grants section)—This site contains all policy documentation being removed from the SPP/APR CoP site. This is where all DOCXs will be posted, moving forward.
  • OSEP IDEAs That Work (MSIP Program Area Page)—This site provides information on MSIP such as future registration links for and recordings of past monthly TA calls, resources for grantees, and a collaboration channel for the SPP/APR Community to access.

As always, states can contact PSC if they have any additional questions or concerns.

Note: All SPP/APR broadcasts are located at the bottom of the Resources page on the SPP/APR Community of Practice site.

Important information About the SPP/APR Community of Practice Site and FFY 2016 and 2017 SPP/APRs

The SPP/APR CoP site migrated to a new hosting provider and was unavailable from 1:00 p.m. ET on Sunday, September 20, 2020 through 11:59 p.m. ET on Monday, September 21, 2020. The URL to the SPP/APR CoP site did not change (https://osep.grads360.org/); however, the quick link state map  available on the “Research” tab will no longer be available. The final FFY 2016 and FFY 2017 SPP/APR documents and attachments will be available and accessible under the Collaborate tab, posted separately by each state and for each year. At this time, FFY 2013 through FFY 2015 SPP/APRs and documents will only be available upon individual request to the PSC.

Reminder: Final 2020 SPP/APRs and State Determination Letters are available on the IDEA SPP/APR Letters page.
