IDEA Part B Data Collections Online Learning Modules

These online modules were developed to help orient new Part B Data Managers to their roles and responsibilities. The modules are also useful reference tools and refreshers for experienced Data Managers. We recommend that new Part B Data Managers complete the modules in sequence.

Module 3: February Data Collections
This module reviews Data Submission, DANS, EDFacts, Data Flags, Data Notes, and more.

Module 4: May Data Collections
This module reviews the data collection due in May: Maintenance of Effort Reduction and coordinating Early Intervening Services

Module 5: November Data Collections
This module reviews the data collections due in November: Personnel, Exiting, Discipline, Dispute Resolution.

Module 6: December Data Collections
This module reviews the data collection due in December: Assessment.
